1. About The Snowboard Garage

The Snowboard Garage is a small, locally operated snowboard shop in Colorado. All items are sold as‑is, with clear descriptions, sizing help, and photos when available.

2. Used Gear Disclosure

Most gear we sell is used unless specifically marked as new.

Used gear may show signs of wear consistent with normal use, including:

• scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic marks
• typical binding wear on topsheets
• minor base or edge wear that does not affect performance

We never knowingly sell gear with major structural issues.

3. No Returns on Equipment

All used gear sales are final.
Please double‑check your size, stance, and boot fit before purchasing.

If you’re unsure, ask — we’re happy to help you choose the right gear.

4. Sizing Guidance

We provide general sizing recommendations, including guidance for riders with size 11+ boots who may need a wide board. These are recommendations only and may vary by rider preference, weight, skill, and riding style.

You are responsible for ensuring that your board, boots, and bindings are compatible.

5. Binding Mounting

We do not mount bindings due to liability.
We provide links to trusted setup resources, but you are responsible for your own installation, adjustments, and safety checks.

6. Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change based on inventory, condition, or market availability.

We accept multiple forms of payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

7. Hold Policy

Gear cannot be held without a deposit.
Deposits are non‑refundable unless The Snowboard Garage cancels the sale.

8. Pickups & Appointments

Pickups must be completed by appointment. If you schedule an appointment and need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

9. Accuracy of Online Information

We do our best to keep inventory and descriptions accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is unavailable or listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order.

10. Liability Waiver

Snowboarding is a sport with inherent risks.
The Snowboard Garage is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from:

• using gear purchased from us
• improper binding setup
• incompatible equipment
• modifying or altering gear

Always check your equipment before riding.

11. Privacy

Any information you provide (name, email, phone number) is used only to contact you about your order or appointment. We do not sell or share your information.
